May Specials

The 1st of May is quickly approaching, and with it comes three holidays to kick off the summer season: Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day. Cloud 9 Confections wanted to come up with a special for each holiday this month, so here they are:

• Dulce de Leche Cupcake: a dense brown sugar cupcake topped with a Dulce de Leche cream cheese frosting and a light drizzle of Dulce de Leche.
• Mimosa Cupcake: a vanilla cake laced with both champagne and orange juice, then topped with an orange/champagne buttercream frosting and a little orange zest.
• Red, White & Blue Cupcake: your choice of our vanilla or chocolate cupcake, topped with a vanilla buttercream frosting and red, white & blue sprinkles- perfect for a Memorial Day BBQ! Our Red, White & Blue cupcake will be offered all the way through to Labor Day, in honor of not only Memorial Day, but also Independence Day and Labor Day.

Now Offering... THREE New Cupcakes!

We are please to announce not one, not two, but THREE new additions to our menu!

• Tres Leches Cupcake: a Latin American style cupcake that literally means "three milks," this is a buttery cupcake soaked in a mixture of 3 milks, and topped with a whipped cream frosting and light dusting of cinnamon.
• Boston Cream Pie: our fluffy vanilla cake filled with rich pastry cream, and topped with our decadent chocolate ganache (can also be filled with whipped cream).
• The Hawaiian Dream: a moist butter cake laced with coconut milk and topped with a tangy pineapple cream cheese frosting.

Now Offering: the Zucchini Spice Cupcake!

We are please to announce a new offering: the Zucchini Spice Cupcake! This comes topped with a cream cheese frosting, but may also be topped with a lemon glaze. Either way, these cupcakes are de-lish!

Now Offering.... Streusel Cupcakes!!

Cloud 9 Confections is now happy to offer a Streusel Cupcake! Made with a sour cream cake and topped with a brown sugar/cinnamon crumble and milk glaze, it's like your own personal coffee cake.
