Cloud 9 Confections is currently working on their menu for Spring, to be available for April & May- just in time for Easter and Mothers Day! Below are a few ideas that are being tossed around, let us know what you think:
- Cherry Vanilla Cupcake- a light vanilla cupcake with a cherry filling, with a vanilla cream cheese frosting and a cherry on top
- Raspberry Champagne Cupcake- a fresh raspberry cupcake made with a raspberry puree, topped with champagne buttercream frosting and a fresh raspberry
- The Jell-O Cupcake- a light vanilla cake laced with your choice of Jell-O flavors (my personal favorite is black cherry) and topped with whipped cream
