In The Works- 2/26/11

Cloud 9 Confections is constantly working on new flavor combinations to add to their menu. Because hey- who DOESN'T like a giant variety when choosing a cupcake? Here is what we are currently working on:

• Vanilla-Cinnamon Cupcake: a vanilla cupcake with a dash of cinnamon, topped with a vanilla buttercream frosting and a sprinkle of cinnamon
• The Ho-Ho Cupcake: that's right people- HO-HO'S!!! Mmmmm!

Once these have been perfected, tasted by a few of our trusty taste-testers and approved, they will be added to our ever growing list of cupcakes. Be sure to keep checking the website for these additions (www.cloud9-confections.com) and as always, please feel free to make requests- your request today may be a new cupcake tomorrow!

Up and Running!

That's right folks- Cloud 9 Confections has officially hit the ground running! Be sure to visit our website (www.cloud9-confections.com) to see what flavors that are currently being offered, and check back often- we are constantly growing our cupcake list and you never know what may be added (can anyone say Bacon-Maple Cupcake? Mmmmmm!).


We will also be coming up with different specials- for the month of March we are offering the following:

• Irish Coffee Cupcake (a dense brown sugar espresso cake, topped with an Irish Cream buttercream frosting, a dusting of cocoa powder, and a chocolate covered espresso bean)
• The Bailey's Cupcake (our rich chocolate cake filled with a creamy Bailey's Irish Cream Mousse and topped with a whipped cream frosting and chocolate curl)
• Chocolate Mint Cupcake (our rich chocolate cake laced with homemade chocolate mint candy bits, topped with a vanilla buttercream and homemade chocolate mint candy)

Please keep in mind that our best cupcakes have come from special requests. So strap on those thinking hats and let us know what you'd like to see offered- you never know, it may just be our next special!
